Rich Dark Chocolate Cake
Nobody can resist the temptation of a deliciously baked rich chocolate cake. If you love chocolates, this is a recipe you shouldn't miss. It is rich, moist, chocolatey and not too sweet to my liking.

Hi Missy,
Love your blog and love your chocolate cake..It looks so tempting...Can I check with you if I could replace 250ml water with milk in your recept..
Many thanks in advance.
Best regards,
Karen
Karen, i seriously dont know what is the outcome if you were to replace water with milk. both are liquid but of different texture.. and will produce different results.
When im unsure i still strongly follow the recipe.. hope that helps
Hi Missy,
many many thanks for your kind advice. I will follow the receipe..
Have a great day ahead.
Best regards,
Karen

I happened to have the same book as you. Baked this cake and it turned out great. The book may be small but recipes work out pretty good. There's lots of pictures too.
